WildCard Weekend Records

In: Updates

11 Jan 2011

Well, we didn’t exit WildCard Weekend without a few new records:

  • Leader after the WildCard Weekend with a losing record (for the 1st time) – Henrico FiveOh, who was 1-3.
  • Most goose-eggs in 1 game – 3 in the Eagle loss to the Packers (Greg the Great, Ben the Butler and Pete the Terp).
  • Most goose-eggs in any playoff round – 5.
  • Most participants with 1 or more goose-eggs in any playoff round – 5 (all but HenricoFiveOh and 2011 Winner).

They may not be records worth jumping up and down about, but they are records…

The Divisional Playoffs this weekend are shaping up to be great games!  Official analysis and game predictions from the THE Office of the Commissioner will be forthcoming.  Watch your e-mail for your winning playoff strategies!!  We have at least 3 participants with ties to ‘da Bears, which should make for interesting picks.  Plus a Raven fan in the crowd, too.  Also, we have a NY Jet fan (I think) up in snowy NYC.

All 4 playoff host cities have snow on the ground right now.  1 game in a dome, however.

Stay tuned and good luck.  Also – please be sure to submit your Super Bowl Bonus pick (worth 100 points) along with your other 4 predictions before 4:30pm EST this Saturday (we have the countdown on our Home page).
